Subject: Yard bird

Jessica and I were blessed to have an adult Bald Eagle circle over our yard yesterday. It commanded the sky as only a Bald Eagle could do, and an impression of power and majesty lingered even after it soared away. Andrea Fowler and Morgan Fowler also witnessed it. Andrea pulled out her camera, and we attempted a couple shots as it soared in the distance. I believe this makes yard bird #179 for the two and a half years we have lived here. There's no bird like the one you find in your own backyard!
