My SAS output, when printed, is not honoring the Print Setup that I have
embedded in the Output window.  Instead of 1-inch margins all around, the
copy is printed just within an eighth of an inch of the left-hand border and
the same measurement from the top of the page.

Any suggestions for solving this problem?
