While this is true, and many might be interested in discussing the issue, they can as well do it via personal communication channels. This way, only those willing to participate directly or indirectly will be involved. I am by no means opposed to the discussion, but I am to discussing the topic on SAS-L. It is simply not what SAS-L is intended for. There are oodles of other lists/news groups on the Net where this can be taken. I beseech everybody interested in exchanging their opinions on the topic to take it there.
