Can anyone shed some light on SAS' pricing policy?

Say a company has purchased a 10 PC license and wants to purchase one
more license.  Will SAS sell the 11th license at the 'first' copy
price (as if the company did not have any licenses) or will the next
license be sold at the per-unit 10 license price (total for 10 divided
by 10)?
