I hit WP Dam this morning (figure I'll try for that Pacific Loon tomorrow!) There were a few birds to sort through but nothing like what's been turning up else where lately:

Common Loon - 3 Red-throated Loon - 1juv Horned Grebe - 100+ Gadwall - 10 Lesser Scaup - 10 Red-breasted Merganser - 2 Ring-billed Gull - 200 Hering Gull - 2 Forster's Tern - 70

Also had a Marsh Wren and 2 Fox Sparrows at Oxbow Meadows.
