Laurel, I had a similar problem when I updated my IE 5.5 to IE 6.0. Is it possible that some of your machines updated to IE 6.0 and others didn't? (There was a SAS Hotfix for this problem, if it is indeed the same problem...I'm not sure which Hotfix off-hand)
