I am a programmer/analyst specializing in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic
for Applications [VBA], and SQL.  I have over 9 yrs experience developing
complex database applications. Often times, the applications I develop
interface with industrial strength databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
and others.  Though I've been in school for the last year, I recently
re-took and re-passed the MS Access exam, so my skills are razor sharp and
up-to-date.

In addition, I'm a Sun certified Java programmer and I've taught computer
related courses to students at park districts neighboring Chicago.  Prior
to practicing as an independent IT consultant, I worked as an analyst for
the Emerging Technologies group at Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture.)

I hold a BFA degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois
Urbana and an MSc degree in the program for the Studies of the Future at
the University of Houston.  I've also studied generally at the University
