To use the content-type, you should set
options emailsys='/opt/sas/sas802.TS2M0/utilities/bin/sasm.elm.mime';
The path /opt/sas... is only an example. Verify it.
Make sure that you have sendmail in your path.
The default sasmailer script will not use mime.
