What is the size of this fossil? Leslie -----Original Message----- From: Conchologists of America List [mailto:CONCH-L@LISTSERV.UGA.EDU]On Behalf Of Avril B Sent: Thursday, June 13, 2002 5:47 PM To: CONCH-L@LISTSERV.UGA.EDU Subject: Mystery Missouri Fossil

Hello Conchlers,

A Bill Stephenson from Missouri has an odd fossil that he is having trouble identifying. I have given him a "Mystery Page" at: http://www.manandmollusc.net/mystery_fossil_bills.html

You may contact Bill at: bill@secureshopper.com or if you answer to the list, I'll pass the information on to him.

I have asked Bill for more stats on the fossil, such as size, and they will be added when and if he sends me these.

Thanks again for your continued assistance in helping people to identify their mystery shells and shell fossils (of which I hope that this is a fossilized shell or I've just committed an error by sending a NSR letter to this list).

All the best,

Avril Bourquin PO Box 366 Invermere, BC Canada V0A 1K0
