PROC NEURAL does neural networks. However, you have to license the
Enterprise Miner to be able to use proc neural. If you are going to
apply MLP (multilayer perceptron) networks, you can take into
consideration that MLP is a nonlinear regression and use PROC NLIN in
SAS/STAT.
