Subject: Ab Initio Anyone?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

The Gang,

Has anyone heard / have experience with the ECT tool called "Ab Initio"? If yes:

-- Who is its producer? -- What is its purpose? -- Does it deliver on promise? -- Any (GTSSB? POS?) comments

In certain circles, it has aqcuired an almost religious status of a universal corporate panacea (magic) able to displace all other languages, including SAS, from the scene, together with the nasty twerps called programmers. Understandably, it makes one skeptical, to say at least <g>.

Appreciate it!

Kind regards, ================= Paul M. Dorfman Jacksonville, FL =================
