My offer was US$32million, from a diamond deal in Sierra Leone. This money was already in Amsterdam, and the only thing I had to do to get my 15% was to pay $ 13,000.00 to cover for "transfer fees" and chemicals to make the 320,000 onehundred $bills reusable, as they where "defaced" to get them through customs.

BTW, the joker was Williams Joe Abba JNR, former colonel in the Sierra Leonian army.
