Subject: X Command: blanks in directory?
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi all, I searched the archive but couldn't find anything on the topic. The question is the following:

I need to execute the following command in SAS V6.12 under Windows:

x "dir &path\&folder > &pgmpath\list.txt"; However, both &path and &folder have blanks in them. How can I rewrite the X command so that DOS will understand me? Thanks in advance for any help. Ling
