Hi everyone, it was nice to meet some of you at SUGI. Pretty well run I thought for having ~3k people there.

Anyway, my question. I have to produce a patient dis-enrollment report for a group of MD's. My boss is interested in the number of patients who leave one of our MD's for another, or patients who leave a MD and our company all together. The enrollment/eligibility data is in two data sets, one for our company and the other for the individual MD's. The problem that I am having in writing the syntax is that the enrollment data sets are updated on a rolling basis, so, I think that I need to output enough data each time I run this report so that I can retest whether or not a correction was made to a patient leaving when they really didn't (there are a lot of errors made in the file that are sometimes caught months later and then corrected retroactively - Ugg), or the patient actually might come back to a MD under a new health plan etc.

If anyone has every done a report like this before, I would really appreciate your advice on how to put this together.

TIA, Dave
