Quentin, good job! Thanks. My explanation was pretty
minimal, and the explicit/implicit terminology may not
be the best choice [I think Paul and Ian should get to
do the naming :-]. I just wanted to clarify the point
about the use of STOP .. and I apparently did not clarify
the situation either.
