in a way they are greedy, cheapest guy for the best rate of course.....

on the other hand MANY are ALSO interested in resume's across the board to fill other positions not being listed.

most "pimps" are resp'ctable, some arn't, your milage may vary. a good one will tell you what your rate is, and it will be fair, and you will get to be friends, and start defending them in public.... OMG!!
