I'm not firm with that stuff, but some ideas: did you adress that to the right stuff? I think that is a problem in the environment network / TCP/IP localhost sounds like something which has to be defined in a TCP/IP configuration file to assign host names to IP-numbers. If you ask your TCP/IP gurus, they might be able to solve that problem.
