Subject:   How to switch character format of TIME to Numeric in oracle SQL?
Content-Type:   multipart/alternative;

Hi there:

Happy New Year!

I am sure that many of you may help me figure out my question here. I have a character column of TIME(00:00:00), which I like being a SAS time format after I extract from Oracle database directly. There functions such as TO_NUMBER, TO_DATE. Both not apply to case.

Thank you so much.
