Subject:   split-split plot model
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hello list

I hope their are some statisticians that can help me write a model,

We ran a trial for 3 years it is a split-split plot trial

the main plot is harvest date (hd) nvals= 1 2 3 4 the next split is nitrogen rate (nrate) nvals= 1 2 3 next is variety (vty) nvals= 1 2

the quality factors to be analyzed are: a b c d

Here is the question, when we combine three years of data and thus add a year factor nvals=1999 2000 2001, how do you write the correct model statement using anova or GLM, How do you use nesting of variables to get the correct error.

Any help in this will be greatly appreciated

Happy Holidays

Jeff Nielsen NWROC
