According to Ponder (1985) - a review of the genera of the Rissoidae
(Records of the Australian Museum supplement 4):

Zebinella Mörch, 1876. p. 47. Type species (Helix) decussata Montagu 1803;
subsequent designation Martens 1878. p. 30, Recent, West Indies.

Listed in the above publication as synonym of Rissoina
