Subject: Can not start SAS after interrupting a proc cluster session

Every time I interrupt a SAS session that was running proc cluster, and restart the computer, and try to restart SAS v.8, I got a screen dialog like this

ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for library SASUSER.

FATAL: Unable to initialize the options subsystem.

(SASXKINI): PHASE 3 KERNEL INITIALIZATION FAILED.

UNABLE TO INITIALIZE THE SAS KERNEL

Well, I do have enough rights to use SAS. This never happens if I interrupte any other procs. Does any one know why this happens with proc cluster?
