Hello all,

In the back of the parking lot at the Texaco station in Beachton, I found a calling Least Flycatcher at about 5pm this afternoon(9/15). I stared the feathers off the bird (10x50s at about 250') and heard "che-bek!"s from the woods - there might have been 2 birds as the bird I was watching didn't appear to be moving its beak when I heard the calls.

On another topic, do Pine Warblers ever feed in flocks on the ground? In the new lakeside development (I forget the name) in Beachton off of Meridian Rd just south of GA-93, there was a flock of UFW's (Unidentified Fall Warblers) that had yellow breasts and wing-bars, feeding on the ground next to one of the houses. Not wanting to have the locals call the sheriff, I couldn't get a good enough look to identify them.
