Rate: $66/hr W-2 only (possible sponsorship)

Length: 12 months estimated.

Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 5 years SAS, Oracle, and 3 years CDMS (ex. Recorder)

Description: Responsible for technical implementation of e-trial software. Participate in the selection, implementation, troubleshooting and integration of software needed to support eTrial activities. Interact with software vendors, contractors/consultants and different operation functions within PRI/JRF including IM/IT, clinical systems and Clinical Data Management across multiple projects. Represent e-Trials group on teams. Participate in providing direction/input to user acceptance testing and software validation. Prepare technical documentation for EDC. Ensure applications are running efficiently and are properly integrated. Participate in technology assessment and make recommendations. Strong knowledge of clinical systems is desired. Must be able to function will in a multidisciplinary team environment with regard to day to day development activities. Should be able to interact effectively with IM&T and vendors on technical issues. Should possess project management and communication skills. The following knowledge is desirable: VB. HTML, DB/SQL/Oracle, JAVA/XML
