Variable lengths can be changed using the length statement. However, this
command also changes the order of variables in your dataset into the order
they are in your length-statement. This also has to be before the
length lotno $16 teststage 7;
Order in dataset : lotno , teststage , all other variables in order they

Subject: Update Variable Lenghts
I wana update the length of Two variables Lotno and Teststage, from $16 and
to $17 and $8 respectively. Sometimes these variables appear in different
orders in many different datasets, I want to be able to keep the order they
appear. Any quick way???
