Ver. 7 was referred to as the Nashville Project.  Although this really does
not get you much closer to a real logical answer of "Why NASHVILLE?".  I
have wondered myself "Why NASHVILLE?".  Why not call it ATOMIC and then you
could have people wondering what ATOMIC stood for and it could mean nothing.
Just like S-A-S means nothing.  Yes, I know it used to be an acronym for
Statistical Analysis Solution but no longer is that true.

When I start up SAS ver 8.0 (Windows NT), the postcard that comes up
says "Nashville Enabled".  Does anyone know what this means?  This is a
trivial question, but I am curious.  When I see or hear the word
Nashville I think of  Johnny Cash.
