Do you know in which SUGI proceedings these papers exist, you can search for them in

SUGI26

http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi26/proceed.pdf

and couple other SUGI proceedings

I would like to know how can I get copies of these papers presented at sugi:

'Segmentation, Profiling, and Modeling Using Enterprise Minder' by Mark Brown, 'A Methodology for Customer Segmentation Using Existing Product Category Schemes and the SAS System' by Chris Andrews, and 'The Science & Art of Market Segmentation Using Proc FASTCLUS' by Mark Thompson.

I checked SAS website and could find the abstracts only.

Appreciate your help.

Tom
