The Covance Institute, Philadelphia University, formerly Philadelphia
College of Textiles & Science, and SAS Institute Inc. are collaborating to

Jules,

There used to be (there may still be) training at the Philadelphia College
of
Textile in conjunction with SAS and Covance.  I think that the classes were
given in Trevose, PA but I have not heard much about it in a while.
