Jules,

Yes, that program still exists.

The Covance Institute, Philadelphia University, formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science, and SAS Institute Inc. are collaborating to provide state-of-the-art training for professionals interested in employment in the dynamic field of clinical research.

Jules,

There used to be (there may still be) training at the Philadelphia College of Textile in conjunction with SAS and Covance. I think that the classes were given in Trevose, PA but I have not heard much about it in a while.
