Just a regular CEMT INQUIRE TDQ(CESE) should give you basic information
about the tdq.
A CECI INQUIRE TDQ(CESE) will give you more information.
SYS1.SCEESAMP(CEECDCT) has the actual DCT entries which should be defined in
your regions.
If you have TS1.1 or higher, take the attributes in the CEECDCT and
(re)define them through RDO.
