Hi,

I am sorry for keeping this slightly off-topic post alive, but I have an ironic thing with SI I want to share:

They recently mailed me about a conference on data mining, and they wrote in the letter; "We know you have shown interest in the area of Data Mining, and we would like to offer you this opportunity." Very fancy CRM, since I had been at a data mining course earlier, so that was impressive. Sadly, they didn't have my name correct in the header of the letter. They had used:

Claus Gertrud Rasmussen

- instead of the real one:

Claus Gotfred Rasmussen

- nice job for at CRM-company ;-D

Regards, Claus

...apparently does not include the ability to look up a customer's site ID or the SAS rep's (me) contact info.

I had to provide all of the above info in order to request an evaluation copy over the phone. Pretty ironic for a company selling CRM software :)
