Sure: "Having to do with, occurring during, or being presented at, the Conference of Western Users of SAS Software".

However, I used the term in a somewhat different meaning... like a computer that has shrunk from the size of a large room to the size of a small file cabinet in fear that it could be replaced by a bunch of PCs.
