Subject: Re: Use of the SAS programming language

John,

I couldn't resist your comment on the Use of the SAS programming language.

SAS is for

salami and swiss cheese - a universal sandwich for all people, all industries, and generally, digestable by many. It is the bread which makes it distinctive for those who wish customizing their tastes as well as adding various ingredients such as mustard, oil & vinegar, or mayonaisse with maybe a bit of lettuce and tomato.
