Royce, the book that they faxed you a couple of pages from is my absolute favorite SAS book: Tuning SAS Applications in the MVS Environment. It was written by Michael A. Raithel and is available in its entirety, pages 1 - 303, not just faxed bits, from the SAS Institute's Publications section of their web site. Unless Stephen King does something in the next few days, I would put it at the top of my Summer reading list!
Hmmm... so that is why I got a check for 0.02310231023102 % of my normal book royalties, last month:-)
