In NT, if you have IE 4+, you can get an "addon" called "Task
Scheduler" which is a replacement for the AT command (lookup AT in the
help). It allows monthly schedules, weekly schedules, daily schedules,
etc. but isn't too bright about conditional job streams. You'll need
to do some DOS-batch IF commands, checking the returned errorlevel, if
you want to do that.
