Try look at www.sas.com, Publications. Do a search for "Solutions".

Some of the hits should include these regarding AF: Solutions for Your GUI Applications Development Using SAS/AF FRAME Technology Solutions@Work: Rapid Applications Development Examples Solutions@Work: Rapid Applications Development Examples, Multi-user Version

If at all possible, attend SI training courses. I have gone to several and found each to be well worth the expense.
