For general SAS programming, I like Rick Aster's "Professional SAS Programming Secrets" and Alan Jaffe's "Mastering the SAS System"; I think both will also have some short discussion of macros, with examples. SAS's new macro reference manual also seems much better than the old one, and I can also recommend the notes from the SAS macros class, which SAS sells for $50. Finally, Alan Carpenter's book on SAS macro programming looked very good; it's available from SAS and from some online bookstores.
