These answers are incorrect. The TSQ will not exist always: it will only
exist until it is deleted. It may or may not be deleted if the CICS region
is brought down, depending on whether or not it is auxiliary or main, and
depending on whether or not it was function shipped, and depending on
whether or not this is a shared queue which may reside in the coupling
facility, and depending on whether or not the temporary storage data set is
deleted|redefined while CICS is down...
