I got this description from Quick-Ref:
Description: This message indicates that the CICS system (and not
merely a transaction) has abnormally terminated because
DFHSRP detected an abnormal termination which CICS was
not able to process. This might be caused, for example,
by an abend code which cannot be found in the SIT.
xxx is the MVS system completion code (OC1, OC7, etc.)
or, if no MVS completion code applies, this field is
shown with three hyphens. yyyy is a user abend code
produced by CICS or some other product on your system.
User Action: Use the dump which is produced in order to diagnose and
correct the problem. If you cannot resolve the problem,
call your IBM Support Center and have the dump and any
associated messages available.
I hope this helps you...
