Subject:   Leading Double Quotes
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

While doing SAS to Excel through DDE we recently faced with a problem that the LEADING double quotes of a character string are being dropped in the EXCEL worksheet.

Single quotes are not a problem, even the double quotes are not a problem if they exists other than the first position.

Does anybody know any solution for this?.

Thanks, PR
