The VEFL was still in the same spot as of noon today. There are still a few hundred Rusty Blackbirds in the area, but only a handful on the pond; most were in a pecan grove south of the sod farm off Carter Rd. (just NE of the pond, turn right on this road). No obvious Brewers. Had a couple of female cowbirds (one I was trying to make into a Shiny just before it took off :-)). Also no pipits (Sprague's or otherwise) and I didn't see the flock of Vespers we saw on Sat. 15-20 Snipe today. No Bald Eagle as seen both Sat. and Sun. A group of about 65 White Ibis on the pond.
