Dear Betty Jean,

This has been written up somewhere by more devout and better-informed
bibliophiles (including the inimitable R. E. Petit).  My notes indicate you
have the first English edition of the work originally published in 1961 as
a sequel to Kira (1954), which has been the subject of our desultory
discussion.  It was revised in 1968 and reprinted in 1970, 1972, and 1975
according to the title page.
